Since 1985 our offices here in the heart of the Old Town of Antibes have been an important point of contact for yacht owners and crew. Many of today's senior yachting professional crew started their careers by walking through our door. We continue in the well established tradition - offering a very personal and private service to yacht owners and crew. Our fees to owners for a successful crew placement are probably the least expensive in the business (see below). With our staff's long experience and strong relationship with many owners and established crew we enjoy a rare level of trust and friendship which enables us to freely discuss requirements in an off-the-record way and give honest advice and support.

It is essential that we either know you, or meet you here in our offices in Antibes, or share mutual friends which makes the initial contact easier. We make no charges to yacht crew. If you know us, just let us know that you are looking for a new job, and make sure that we have your latest CV. If we do propose a candidate, we will either know them or will have at least interviewed them personally. email your enquiry to We understand that you may be in a hurry, and need to spread a wide net (i.e. talk to other Crew Agents as well). We have been there ourselves - we know - and we can work happily alongside other Brokers, Crew Agents and Yacht Management Companies. For a successful full-time or seasonal Crew Placement we charge the owner half a months salary. Temporary Crew Placements are charged at 20% of wages up to a maximum of half a months salary (see our full Fee Scale HERE).
