owners for a successful crew placement are probably the least expensive in
the business (see below). With our broker's long experience and strong

off-the-record way and give honest advice and support.

crew.

We understand that you
may be in a hurry, and need to spread a wide net (i.e. talk to other Crew
Agents as well). We have been there ourselves - we know - and we can work
happily alongside other Brokers, Crew Agents and Yacht Management Companies.
For a successful full-time or seasonal
Crew Placement we charge the owner half a months salary. Temporary Crew
Placements are charged at 20% of wages up to a maximum of half a months
salary (see our full Fee Scale HERE).
